Life Coaching
What is life coaching? This is not a magic show or some type of weird therapy. Life coaching for you is as real as an athletic coach is to a pro athlete. However you found our site, you must have a desire to get better. You must want to achieve something and need help getting there. You need accountability and a parter who will pick you up when you are down. This is not a cheerleading session but more of a mental bootcamp.
Why does Life Coaching work? The process is simple, we use or skills, knowledge and expertise to help you get the answers and understanding you are seeking. Coaching is not about me being right and you are wrong. It is about using a process and training methods to pull out the best in you.
What is the secret sauce in what we do? There are 2 main ingredients that make what we do powerful; the first is we use a lot of questions to get you to the answer. The second part is we build you up mentally so that you stop having excuses, weakness, poor mindset and the wrong attitude. Anything can be achieved with the right attitude!
Mindset Training
It is very important that as we begin our time together, that we first start our focus with a healthy mindset. All of the other work will not have a big impact if we don't first understand our thoughts, have a disciplined mind and an understanding of what kind of mindset we need to accomplish our goals.
Do you have a plan of attack everyday or do you just do what comes your way? Why do you deal with problems the way you do? What does money mean in your world? Don't start to get worried as we are not here to have a psycology session. What we are here to do is create a mind map of sorts that will take us thjrough our journey to a new business, life, or accomplishment.
Coaching is not pop psycology or atleast it shouldn't be. Coaching is the process of training or re-training someone to get the most out of their performance. Mindset training is as important to a CEO as it is to a stay at home mom or a school teacher. We use techniques universal to the individual who is trying to achieve, live a better life or find peace.
When you engage my coaching services, we will always make sure that you have the right mindset to accomplish what ever it is you desire.
Learning Leadership
True leadership is not born into people. It is a behavior that has to be learned, cultivated and cherished. We can tell you all of the things good leadership is all about and all the things it is not, but what we really want to do is work with you to create a legacy of your leadership style. Do not make the mistake most business owners make and manage their people. Set up your business to be a leadership factory and not a business of robots who do what you tell them. Leadership will create a more profitable business and will help you as well mentally to take on the challenges of the business.
