Q  How is The Growth Masters different than other companies on the web?

Q What happens if I default on my payments?

Once you stop cooperating then they will start an appropriate collection process. The Growth Masters will not be responsible for any negative actions taken against your firm or person.

Q  Will you work with me if I want to perform part of my own marketing while you perform other parts?
A Yes no matter if we do it all for you or we work together, the goal is to give you as complete of a marketing campaign as we can make happen.

Q What if I am not satisfied how I am being treated or how the progress is going with what I have purchased?
A The best way to handle dissatisfaction is by communicating and being open minded. Call or email us and we will do everything in our power to make everything right. We are not looking for any bad blood. We want to build long term relationships no matter what.

Q What will happen if I order services and pay for them by credit card and then I file a chargeback?
A We will not tolerate this action on any level and will take aggressive action against the card holder immediately. This type of activity harms our reputation and finances and we will seek damages for doing so. If you have a problem, then we are willing to work out a reasonable correction that everyone can win by. Please consider being honest at all times before causing us and you severe harm.
