Facilitated Mastermind Group

At times we will create one or a series of Mastermind Groups based on specific needs or stages of business development. Knowing the most challenging portion of maintaining a cohesive, results oriented Mastermind group is the facilitation; we will provide an experienced professional facilitator to ensure smooth operation and active participation. Understanding group dynamics and the best practices for Mastermind operation, the facilitator will organize the group and host each of the sessions.

The participating members will decide group focus, agendas and content, with the facilitator guiding the process and filling in the blanks when necessary. As the group gets familiar with the process and learns the goals of each participant, the role of the facilitator transforms from group leader to guide and observer. Leaders will emerge from the group and a self-driven force will begin to propel the Mastermind alliance towards goals and accomplishments.

Participation in this group requires determination to build a business beyond where you know you can take it by yourself and a commitment to help others do the same.
