It was back in the early eighties that our founder and CEO started dreaming of owning and running his own businesses. It was a time when the housing market was looking at interest rates of 20%, construction was taking a hard hit, savings and loans were in major trouble and the economic outlook for the country and the world for that fact was not great. Does this sound familiar? It was very much a tough time like we are currently going through. Mr. Kintigh for a young boy, was very much in tuned with the world problems and made a vow to one day grow a business where people could get the help they needed along with the understanding of what it takes to stay in business. He vowed to make a difference in the business world and help those who needed the most help.

Fast forward to today, that vision is well alive and has a much broader scope. We are not only just trying to help businesses with the resources and information that they need, but we want to help teach them how to thrive no matter what the economy is doing. Mr. Kintigh says we have a lot of work to do in order to make a significant impact, but says The Growth Masters is up to the challenge. We want to be known as an organization that has made a real difference in business owners lives and help out the economy as well.

So where do we get started? How can we make the most impact and help get businesses all over the world get back on track? In order to move forward, we must understand the past, as well as what the future holds. In the past, we have been of the mind set that the economy will always be great, so we did not have to worry about things like a reserve or savings. We were too slow to adjust to rising situations. The future will have lots of technology advances and a new way of thinking is emerging. We can no longer have a lackadaisical attitude towards our companies future. We need to get back to taking care of those who are in our charge called employees. We need to learn to be more physically responsible with retirement.

So in order to write our history, we need to understand exactly where we are going. The Growth Masters has over 2 years of growth already planned. We want to keep growing and getting our organization to the top so we can help our clients the best we can. We will embrace technology and never forget what we call old school as the future is going to be about combining the old with the new. By doing this we are going to be very dynamic and so will you.
