Our innovative concept teaches people, through action and participation, the responsibilities needed to achieve great benefits from membership in a Mastermind Group. With groups in size from 8 to 12 participants, we will condition business owners for the successful growth of their business through The Growth Masters system of Mastermind Alliances. Add massive leverage for resources and knowledge to your existing ownership team while positioning yourself within the spheres of influence for many other business owners.

Upon completion of this training and mentoring program, business owners will be encouraged to apply their new found knowledge by joining an existing mastermind alliance. Some owners will also take the bigger, more rewarding step of actually creating their own mastermind and surrounding themselves with a handpicked set of advisors for their business. In both cases, business owners can expect to dramatically increase multiple aspects of their business.
