One-On-One Business Coaching For Maximum Impact

So the solutions are usually the discovery of what is missing, more often than fixing what is wrong. Each coaching package starts with an initial comprehensive diagnostic of the current state of the business coupled with a clearly defined set of goals. After the first session, and prior to the second, the coach will prepare a mind map that covers objectives, goals and milestones to achieve. Each client’s individual situation will be taken into account when designing the details of their program.

Level 1 – Breakthrough

6 Sessions • 3 months

Designed to provide dramatic, immediate impact for a business, our breakthrough-coaching program focuses on the one or two dominating circumstances that are preventing success. Our dedicated, professional business coach will identify and address the specific causes for the current situation and help implement adjustments to change the effect and outcome. Sales, marketing and cash flow issues are very popular solutions addressed in this program.

Level 2 - Accelerate

12 Sessions • 6 months

Clients on this level will experience the same breakthrough results clients in Level One experience and then lock them in for sustainable, predictable success. The introduction and application of proven success principles create a solid foundation that can be built upon for the future. At this level, time management techniques are implemented to take business owners out of overwhelm, while also teaching them how to delegate, automate and partner with external experts.

Level 3 - Momentum

22 Sessions • 12 months

The total business coaching solution, our coaching program properly positions business owners to achieve their goals and desires. This level will contain any and all appropriate information delivered in other levels… with the anticipation of rising issues that are currently beyond the horizon. When our clients commit to a year-long engagement, most of their existing issues are solved within 6-8 months… and replaced with bigger, more exciting issues, most of which only reveal themselves at higher levels of success. Our experience with these very predictable patterns allows us to create a successful game plan, and have solutions in place prior to their arrival.

Discovery Session

1 Hour Session

This is an opportunity for the client/prospect to meet one-on-one with a business growth advisor to flush out where they are in their business and provide vivid clarity on what’s keeping them from being where they really want to be. Most business owners don’t know exactly what they need help with and it’s usually what they want to avoid the most. This process gears them up for coaching, gets them in the right frame of mind and helps them focus on their real obstacles. Completion of a pre-meeting snapshot form is required for the session and a post meeting wrap up is provided.
